Ready for a change?

The ABYC Marcom team is here to help make website updates go smoothly. There are 2 options when changing webpages:

Option 1 - If you have someone on your team who has been approved to make website updates, please make a copy of the page you are editing, change the title to "Page Title - Copy", and make your changes. Then, submit the link here to be reviewed and approved. Once approved, we will get in touch to let you know the content is going live.

Option 2 - If you need someone on our team to make the changes for you, please submit your request and details below and we will be in touch about your update.

Option 1 - Submitting a change for review

Before submitting a change for review, please ensure that you have removed ALL in-line css styling from your page.

Make sure to change the page title to "Page Title - Copy", and add "-copy" to the end of the permalink (found under the page title). Once your change is approved, the content will be copied to the live page, and this copy of the page will be deleted.

Update Details

In bullet form, list the updates that you made. Feel free to include any questions you might have.

Option 2 - Request a change to a webpage

Allow for 2-3 weeks for changes to be made. Before submitting, please review the content changes with all stakeholders. Have any details such as dates, locations, etc. confirmed, images selected, and have any required text written as complete as you can. We can help with organizing the information and suggesting changes to make the content more web friendly or to fit the styling guidelines for the page being updated.
