General Meeting. Agenda includes reports from Directors, a high level, brief presentation of the proposed budget for 2019 and motions to approve the fee structure and proposed bylaw changes.  For the January meeting, the board will be pre-publishing their reports, and limiting time in the meeting to highlights and questions only, to leave more time for dialogue.

Members eligible to vote are encouraged to attend or designate proxy to a trusted representative or Board member.  Bylaw changes require a 66% majority, so attendance or proxies are particularly important.
