Gurth Pretty, author of The Definitive Guide to Canadian Artisanal & Fine Cheese and co-author of The Definitive Canadian Wine & Cheese Cookbook, will present a specially curated cheese and wine tasting in partnership with Ferox Estate Winery, one of the sponsors at last year’s ABYC Open Regatta. The tasting will consist of three Canadian artisanal cheeses and three Ontario wines. Price: $24.95 (+ tax & gratuity).
